1. If the received product does not match the photos and description on our website, or for some other reason you want to return or change the product, you must:
- inform us about your desire to return or change the product within 14 days after receiving it to our email address easybalanceukraine@gmail.com with a description of the reason for the return / exchange of goods. The date of receipt will be the day when the courier service handed over/delivered the goods to you. (We will monitor the delivery date by the track number of the courier service).
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

2. If you have not received your order within the agreed delivery time, or the courier service has lost your order, we will provide 100% refund for up to 120 days from the purchase date. Or resend the goods to you.
